Stoneleigh Park Coventry survives Best Network sale and Lasalle Investment Management appoints new lead and strategic agent.

Sinclair Clark have been appointed the new lead agent for the delivery of a new master plan and fresh marketing. Stoneleigh Park is a well appointed business and agricultural research park based in Kenilworth in-between Coventry and Warwick. The park comprises 1000 acres and a new master plan providing up to 600,000 sq ft of B1 and associated A1 and amenities.
