  • ERC Equipoise signs new space in Croydon

    Acting on behalf of engineers ERC Equipoise, Sinclair Clark have acquired 7,749 sq ft on the 6th floor of Stephenson House, Cherry Orchard Road Croydon with an option on further the remainder of the floor for a two year period. ERC Equipoise are moving from serviced offices in south Croydon. The lease is for 10 years with a break at the end of the 5th year at a rental of £18.50 psf.

  • Sinclair Clark takes new offices as part of the Property Hub (London)

    From Monday 25th June 2012 Sinclair Clark and sister company Sinclair Clark Allegra are moving to new offices, as part of the Property Hub (London) Ltd taking the entire top floor of 9 Argyll Street next door but one to the London Palladium.

    The move has been executed as part of the newly formed Property Hub (London) creating a novel approach to the problem of associated groups of companies taking space together.

    The Property Hub includes a number of stalwarts of the property industry as shown in the photo and including:

    Sinclair Clark have been appointed by Terrace Hill to market their prime East Croydon site on George Street. The site has detailed planning consent for 258,000 sq ft of grade A specified offices however Terrace Hill are keen to look aat aklternative uses such as hotel, student accommodation or residential.

    Sinclair Clark sponsored the Croydon stand and supported Abstract Group in their promotion of Renaissance a new 100,000 sq ft low rise office HQ due to be under construction in May 2012 as well as supporting both LaSalle Investment Management and Terrace hill throughout MIPIM marketing. A key stakeholders Kent MIPIM lunch funded by LIM was held on the Tuesday and a key stakeholders dinner on the Wednesday night. The photos show the Croydon stand.
