Acting on behalf of Urban and Civic, Sinclair Clark acting jointly with Core commercial have let units 6,7 and 8 comprising a total of 9,042 sq ft to Howdens and advised on the sale of the completed investment to local investor Chart Stables.

Units 1, 2 and 5 are currently under offer.

LaSalle Investment Management have achieved further lettings at newly refurbished Sunley House on Bedford Park Croydon. The ground floor east comprising 2,842 sq ft has been taken by 3 Fox Commercial in a move from Vauxhall. CTC have taken 3,454 sq ft on part 4th floor. This means the building is 93% let and has two suite remaining. Ground floor west and part 4th floor.

The first floor of Simpson House on Cherry Orchard, part of the Freshwater Croydon portfolio is under offer leaving just one suite remaining on the 3rd floor of 4,795 sq ft.

After four years as the only property group in 9 Argyll Street the Property Hub is being joined by chums Lawson and partners who have taken the 4th floor. Lawsons have now commenced their move from Conduit Street.
