  • Freshwater captures off market letting of 16,010 sq ft of offices for Simpson House Croydon

    15 February 2021

    An early surrender of three wings of Simpson House has led Freshwater to an off market letting to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) of 16,010 sq ft. This marks a good start to the Croydon office market following limited transactions during 2020. The government tenant, DWP, will be opening a training and skills centre.
