Acting on behalf of Tricos Immobilaria Sinclair Clark pre let the new ground floor wing to NHS Croydon comprising 8,966 sq ft at £23 psf on a 16 year lease with breaks at 6th and 11th years.

Acting on behalf of the lPA receiver, Sinclair Clark negotiated the sale of the freehold to the London Borough of Croydon, the building totals 27,500 sq ft and was sold for £3.35m.
