Sutton Borough Institutional premises, offices or high tech suitable for F1 use-educational. Sinclair Clark is instructed to seek 20 to 30,000 sq ft of buildings suitable for educational use within the London Borough of Sutton. Either on a leasehold or freehold space. There must be outside space together with the building/s. This is for a core retained client.
