Tide construction the contractor delivering the nearby, modular construction at 101 George Street have taken a 3rd floor suite of 2,544 sq. ft. Strive Training; existing tenants in the building have expanded into a 3rd suite taking 1,303 sq. ft. on the 2nd floor. This means the buildings is fully let for the time being although new space will be released from churn in the building.
