  • Sinclair Clark wins new occupier client Orchard Hill College and Academy

    Acting on behalf of Orchard Hill (OHC and AT) Sinclair Clark has agreed terms for the acquisition of a new adult learning centre in Uxbridge comprising 8,000 sq ft. Orchard Hill provide specialist services in the field of education and specifically for a number of local authorities.

    Sinclair Clark has been appointed by new clients Orchard Hill College and Academy to seek new premises in the Borough of Hillingdon. The search is for 4,000 to 7,000 sq ft of space suitable for D1 educational premises. The search is in hand a short list has been compiled.

    Sinclair Clark have been appointed the new lead agent for the delivery of a new master plan and fresh marketing. Stoneleigh Park is a well appointed business and agricultural research park based in Kenilworth in-between Coventry and Warwick. The park comprises 1000 acres and a new master plan providing up to 600,000 sq ft of B1 and associated A1 and amenities. New road infrastructure is in hand which will open up new opportunities and improved access from key major routes. Watch for the release of new marketing material shortly.

    The london home of Sinclair Clark next door to the London Palladium in Argyll Street has been refurbished whilst the Property Hub have taken a new lease for a further five years. The Hub now includes 18 members who share the floor. Sinclair Clark is a founder member. The company make up is all property linked and ranges from office agency, development, industrial asset management, professional services, outlet centres, sustainable solutions and property finance.

  • Quadrant House Sutton bags first tenant in new letting campaign

    RELX have put the 8th floor at Quadrant House in Sutton under offer under a long term lease of 9 years to a local occupier. The floor comprises 6,200 sq ft. The vacant space in the building being vacated by Subsea will provide between 6,200 to 67,000 sq ft.
