  • Renaissance, Croydon – now 60% let

    Following the letting of two floors to Pension Protection Fund who took occupation on April 7th, the 4th floor has now also been let to Mott MacDonald resulting in Renaissance now being 60% let. The 4th floor is regarded the best floor in the building. This leaves just the ground floor and the 3rd floor available with rents of £23.50 psf.

  • Davis House Croydon: New Serviced Offices

    Acting on behalf of CCURV Sinclair Clark have negotiated a new serviced office centre on the 4th floor of Davis House with Citibase who take over from the previous serviced office provider. This will be the first serviced office venture for Citibase in Croydon. The services on the 4th floor enhance the overall offer of Davis House.

    Vanessa Clark attended MIPIM as part of the Sinclair Clark sponsorship of the Croydon stand and to promote BEST Network otherwise across MIPIM. The first photograph below records the moment Boris Johnston visited the Croydon stand. The other photo is a caricature penned by the very artistic Richard Hyams of A Studio recording a moment at the Monday night Croydon/MIPIM dinner between Vanessa and Rob Bosher of Quintessence who designed and produced the Croydon interactive map table.

    Sinclair Clark have acted on behalf of Union Investments in letting the top floor of Impact House. ZCW have taken a 5 year lease with a break at the end of the 3rd year of the 15th floor comprising 3,595 sq ft. Sinclair Clark have now been retained as sole letting agents to find tenants for the remaining vacant space.

  • Emerald House, Croydon – sold by Abstract Group

    Acting on behalf of the Abstract Group, Sinclair Clark advised on the sale of Emerald House following the original purchase of the building by Abstract in December 2013. The sale was prompted by significant activity in the Croydon market with around 16 buildings changing hands over the last 12 months. The new buyers may seek short term office lettings prior to deciding on the future of the building.

  • Reed Elsevier seeks tenants for Quadrant House, Sutton

    Sinclair Clark are acting on behalf of Reed Elsevier jointly with Centro Commercial to seek tenants for surplus space from 3,000 sq ft. The 12th floor is available as plug and play space.

  • Renaissance short listed for an OAS award

    Abstract Group’s major office development Renaissance on Dingwall Road Croydon is shortlisted for an OAS award which will be announced at a lunch on 20th June. The building comprises 100,000 sq ft of efficient, BREEAM Excellent office space over five floors. Sinclair Clark are joint agents with Knight Frank and MandG are the fund owners following their purchase on the investment late summer 2013.
